Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 2025

We work fast so you can get your Business Tax ID (EIN) fast. Because of that, our refund policy is straightforward and firm. Please read it fully before placing an order.

1) Before We Start Your Order Cancelable

If you contact us immediately after purchase and before we begin processing, we can cancel your order. A $15 administrative fee applies to cover payment processing and onboarding costs.

To request a same-day cancelation (pre-processing), email support@taxidfast.com with your order email and the subject line: “Cancel My EIN Order”.

2) After Processing Begins Not Refundable

Once we begin preparing your EIN request (reviewing details, validating entity data, preparing the IRS submission), the service is considered in progress and not refundable.

3) After Submission to the IRS Not Refundable

After we submit your EIN application to the IRS, the service is considered delivered. Refunds are not available after submission.

4) If It’s Our Mistake We Fix It

If we make an error that prevents or delays issuance, we will correct it at no cost to you. If we cannot reasonably fix our mistake, we will provide a fair resolution—which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5) If It’s Not Our Mistake No Refund

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information provided by you.
  • Duplicate submissions you or a third party made independently.
  • IRS delays, outages, verifications, or reviews outside our control.
  • Non-response to our emails requesting clarification or missing details.
  • Delivery issues due to spam/junk filters or full/incorrect email inboxes.
  • Change of mind after purchase or after work has started.

6) Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place more than one order for the same entity and contact us before we begin processing the duplicate, we can cancel the duplicate order with the $15 admin fee. If processing has begun, the duplicate is not refundable.

7) Chargebacks & Disputes

We stand behind our work. If you have a question about your order, please contact us first— we resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback after we have started work or submitted to the IRS may be treated as misuse of the service. We provide documentation of work performed to the payment processor.

8) How to Request a Review

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the rules above, email support@taxidfast.com with:

  • Your full name and order email.
  • Entity name and purchase date.
  • Clear description of the issue and any supporting documents.

We typically respond within 1 business day.

9) Processing Time for Approved Refunds

Approved refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card networks may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

10) No Guarantee of IRS Outcome

We prepare and submit your EIN request with care and accuracy. Final issuance and timing are determined by the IRS. We cannot guarantee approval where IRS rules or reviews apply.
